Football Mule for a Day


I am the parent/legal guardian of the student named in this registration, who will be allowed to participate in the Mule for a Day event. I hereby release the Mule for a Day and each of its' Directors from any and all liability as a result of any injuries which may occur during my child's participation. I fully understand that as a parent/legal guardian, I am responsible for any and all medical expenses which may be incurred as a result of any accidental injuries. Electronic Signature Agreement: By selecting the "Waiver: I have read and accept" button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By selecting "I have read and accept" you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature.

Time:         2pm-4pm.  Check in at 1:45pm.

Student Grade Levels:     Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Location:   AHHS Stadium, Harry B. Orem Stadium  

Price:        $35 Pre-registration through Tuesday Oct. 24th  $35                                                          $40 Registration on day of Mule for a Day (walk in registration)


  • Two hours of football fun, skill stations, tour of the locker room
  • Mule for a Day tshirt
  • Nov. 3, 2017 Mules home football game - Run through the helmet at the beginning of the game.  Arrive no later than 6:45pm.  
  • Can purchase $1 raffle tickets to win an autographed team football, autographed AH flag, and other Varsity spirit merchandise.
  • Football merchandise will be available to buy.

  • Pay with cash or credit card by clicking HERE to download and print the registration  form.  See instructions on the form for mailing it prior to the event. 
  • Day of the event:  Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
